I would say the worst thing is you lost a customer for life and if you'd let me come here and play a little I'll lose the 600 that's fine I get that that's why I'm here then you have a customer for life but you don't you lost me I will never step foot in this place again
I can't justify another stop at this awful casino!! I would love to meet the owners and ask them a simple question how much profit is enough at what point do you let the customers at least play a little three times now I've been here in the past week first time $600 not one bonus and I'm really trying hard not to swear and cuss here and use profanity but you guys deserve it the other time that the second time I came $300 not one bonus not anything I was in and out in 10 minutes 10 minutes but $300 oh I forgot to tell you on the $600 I wasn't here an hour where is the justification for that I have been to casinos all over the world and I mean all over the world from Vegas to Japan to the Bahamas everywhere tunica Mississippi Atlantic City California up and down the Midwest and I have yet to see machines this bad and please whoever reviewing this don't send me this this little talking point of all casinos are the same cuz they aren't you guys lie about your payback and you know it hopefully the gaming will come and check you guys out and realize your crooked.
